Risk Management. Before we construct your CSP, you'll receive a customized, written Investment Policy Statement (IPS) of your individual needs. The IPS helps ensure you're comfortable with the level of investment risk in your portfolio.

Ongoing Monitoring. We work with you throughout the life of your CSP to ensure your portfolio benefits from financial trends, providing ongoing, insightful financial advice and quarterly market updates to keep you informed of market changes, investment insights and other relevant insights to help you stay focused on your long-term goals.

Security Ownership. When you choose a CSP, you directly own the securities in your portfolio. With your CSP, you are provided the opportunity to truly have "ownership" in your investments.

Customization. Owning the securities in your portfolio offers an unprecedented level of control. Investors can choose to exclude companies or industries from their portfolio based on their values or investment constraints. Also, you can choose whether to include international equity and real estate components and other potential alternative investments in your portfolio.

Tax Efficiency. CSPs do not carry embedded gains, which may make shareholders liable for taxes on capital gains they never realize. With a CSP, you'll pay taxes only on the capital gains you actually realize. In addition, you can align your investment strategy with your tax strategy.

Fewer Fees. We charge an annual fee (billed quarterly) for CSP management. You pay no commissions or sales charges for securities bought or sold.

Transparency. When you invest with Anchor Financial Services, you can view your portfolio holdings online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We update your account at the end of each business day to show your portfolio holdings at the previous day's market close, so you always have access to an accurate representation of your account. Also, you can authorize viewing rights so your CPA, attorney or others you deem appropriate can access your account information.

Low Minimums. You can take advantage of the many benefits of CSPs with a minimum investment of just $150,000.
